 “Training with Kathleen has been invaluable. During quarantine, I was waiting on surgery to get my hernia repaired and I didn’t know how to move my body without triggering pain. I kept gaining weight and felt helpless. I then had the brilliant idea to reach out to Kathleen because I knew she would know what to do. We began training twice a week, and then three times closer to my surgery so that I would be strong and prepared to heal.
